Be a free Walker of soul!

Flowers blossom in front of us many times. In 2016, when the earth warmed up, I met an important barrier in my life: resignation and entrepreneurship! Some friends do not understand, they advised me to consider carefully: you in the world's top 500 companies, income is not expensive, life is stable, professional and familiar, what the hell is wrong. Life is a process of choosing and giving up. Looking back on it, one can not help asking oneself: What is the purpose of work? What is the meaning of life?

The builders of the pyramids are not slaves, but a group of free people with spiritual beliefs and inner happiness. A true master does not arise from fear and bondage. His heart must be free and pure. It is not the rule of 10,000 hours that determines the great and general level, but the degree of deliberate practice of one's own profession from the heart.

I have doubts about the prevailing organizational forms. Can those lengthy processes, cumbersome regulations, rigid language, division of labor among machines and complex relationships still adapt to the development of the Internet era? How can we make every living person realize his inner richness and freedom of soul, and ultimately realize the most magnificent blooming of life?

In the face of the complex world, the retrospect after the event is like a cloud of smoke. However, the essence of every era's thought and wisdom will last forever and be renewed. If the depth of knowledge and thinking is not enough, there will be a lack of foresight. If we can provide a stage for those practical experts in various professional fields, let them fully demonstrate their skills, through their own skills, rich clothing and food, while focusing on their professional deliberate practice, with the spirit of craftsmanship constantly improve the level of skills. It is undoubtedly a matter of immense merit and virtue for all countries.

Looking at the ups and downs of the Internet era, I am an entrepreneur and a loyal supporter of the Internet. I think it is necessary to restructure both the organizational structure and the way of work collaboration. The significance of life and work is not to be drunk, to dream and die, to be able to add bricks and tiles to the treasure house of human wisdom.

There are song clouds: how far is it from birth to death, between breathing; how far is it from infatuation to understanding, between reading. When the baby first crows on the ground, it rushes home.
